DISPATCH TIME

For orders placed Monday to Friday on the website, your Tites Chaussettes will be dispatched the same day or the next day!
Please note that orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

All our shipments are handled by Colissimo. Delivery times for shipments within mainland France vary between 24 and 72 hours on business days.
Delivery times for Belgium and Germany are 4 to 7 business days.
A tracking number will be assigned to each order.

DELIVERY PRICE

Delivery is free for purchases over €30 in France. Below €30, shipping costs are €3.95 for home delivery and €2.50 for delivery to a relay point.
When using a promotional code, the order value may drop below €30, and the system will then apply delivery charges. To benefit from free delivery, please ensure that the total order value is over €30, including any promotional code.
For Belgium and Germany, delivery is free for purchases over €80. Below €80, shipping costs are €9.95.
