Deadlines

You have 14 days to return your items without reason.

 

Return Conditions

Items must be returned as received, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging:
- Tag still attached to the product for socks sold individually
- Intact box for adult bundles
- Intact bag for children's bundles
Return transport must be arranged by the customer.

 

Return Address

Items must be returned to the following address, accompanied by the delivery note or order invoice:

Return Fees

Return shipping costs for products are exclusively borne by the Customer.

 

Refund

The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and verification of the returned item. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of their order.

 

Exchanges

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. In this case, it will be exchanged for the same item.
